Contingency Recruitment

We source and screen candidates in order to find a great match. If one of our candidates is hired, we'll charge you a percentage of the new hire's first year salary

Project

You would like to hire one of our employees to work on a specific project assignment for a fixed duration. We cover all the necessary insurances and on-costs and charge you a daily rate plus GST. We will draft a Statement of Work, and once signed our people can start onsite with 2 weeks notice.


Exclusive

You trust us exclusively with your role. In return that that trust, we are able to offer significant discounts to our standard fees

Retained

Typically used for Senior Engagements where you prefer a much longer thorough search of all the available talent in a given market. You pay part of the fee upfront to secure our services, and the rest is due on completion of the assignment

Recruitment “As a Service”

You just need a bit of additional capability to assist your in-house recruitment process. We charge you an hourly/daily rate to come in and support where necessary. For example, screening applicants or talent pooling
